Redesigned and Improved Website

In an ongoing effort to deliver information to the SCOA membership we have redesigned and improved our website. It continues to be the best way to get union news, download forms and obtain contact information. Please visit nysscoa.org and register as a member if you haven’t already. Remember that you are the union and the best union is an informed union.

Your Right to Union Representation

“If this discussion could in any way lead to my being disciplined or terminated, or affect my personal working conditions, I respectfully request that my union representative, officer, or steward be present at this meeting.
Without representation, I choose not to answer questions.”
(This is my right under the 1975 U.S. Supreme Court Weingarten decision)
