The Supreme Court Officers Association participated in the Polar Plunge on Saturday at Rockaway Beach to benefit Special Olympics. Almost $8000 was raised by the SCOA along with a NYS Courts team lead by Court Officer John Harte and donations are still coming in. Carlos Rivera, Jr. passed away on Friday, March 10, 2017. Visitation will be held on Monday, March 20, 2017 from 2-9 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will celebrated on Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at Saint Raymond’s Church at 9:45 AM. Interment will follow at Saint Raymond’s Cemetery.read more
